By purchasing and/or using a Griot Goods item, you accept all responsibility for damages or harm incurred from use or misuse (which includes but is not limited to consumption of part or whole of an item, a reaction from a Griot Goods product coming into contact with heat from any source, impact of an item with something or someone causing harm to the impacted item(s) or the Griot Goods Product)

Unless otherwise stated, Griot Goods will Not replace any item damaged or lost in the mail or damaged during your personal/private or commercial use.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event that an Griot Goods product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Griot Goods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Griot Goods reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Griot Goods shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
